He speaks Latin, Pig Latin, German, Dutch, French, Jive and English, all with a pronounced lisp and is a known user of alcohol, methamphetamine, and glue. Scott may be wearing a wedding band even though he has never been married. He may be traveling with a large amount of computer equipment. Scott is an avid reader with an interest in art and history. He is known to frequent libraries,museums,taverns,brothels and other historic sites. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States, Europe,and Mexico, and may currently be located in the Leidesplein district of Amsterdam, The Netherlands (pictured above).

David Lee Scott is an alleged member of a large Midwestern organized "Sport Club" known as The Mentor Association based in Milwaukee, WI. He has been implicated as not only a street boss, but also as a participant in numerous felonious acts. These acts include allegedly contracting associates to participate in home invasion pet robberies, dognappings, and acts of pet extortion. Scott was also allegedly involved in the attempted importation and distribution of illegally obtained house pets from Eastern Europe to Chicago, IL. A federal indictment and arrest warrant were issued in the Northern District of Illinois for Scott on April 1st, 2001. He is being sought as a prison escapee from Marion Federal Penitentiary. He was at the time serving a lengthy sentence for unlawful distribution of animals without a permit and crossing state lines with underage animals for illicit purposes. An additional state arrest warrant was issued in Wisconsin, and a federal arrest warrant charging Scott with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued on August 15th, 2001.
